Poopy Fingers
The hand grabs stuff and heads for the mouth. Stop the gross ones, let the food through, scrub the germs off.
PlaySeven games (and an eighth on the way) about the stuff that rides on your fingers and waits for a trip to your mouth. Stop the hand, scrub the germ, dodge the sneeze, get out before the Big Boogie. Every game has a paper version and a sheet for the grown-up.
Germs get in through three doors:
Level 1 is Wash: hands, nails, hair, teeth and sneezes. Every game has a little-kid mode and a big-kid mode inside it, so nobody gets singled out as the baby.
The hand grabs stuff and heads for the mouth. Stop the gross ones, let the food through, scrub the germs off.
PlayArcade maze shooter. The Soap Boxer scrubs germs with suds, room after room, and gets out before the Big Boogie bounces in.
PlayWrapped candy falls out of the night sky with gross stuff mixed in. Slide the pumpkin pail, catch the good, dodge the bad. Keep wrapped, toss the rest.
PlayBolt is about to sneeze. Elbow, tissue or hands? Tap fast, tap right.
PlayClip it, scrub it, or leave it alone. Goldie Staph lives under there. Puppy and cat paws too.
PlayEnds first, then up. Twelve kids, every kind of hair, and a yank if you start at the top.
PlayBrush the bugs off every tooth before they turn into cavities. The back teeth count too.
PlayWhen washing was not enough. Antibiotics work on bacteria, not viruses, and you finish the whole course. Coming next.
SoonSame cast in every game. Tap Hear me and they introduce themselves. Each one has a real way to beat it, and that is what the worksheets ask for. As the levels go up, the same germs come back with bigger lessons.
"Soap Boxer here! My bubbles grab germs and wash 'em down the drain. Twenty seconds of scrubbing, and they're DONE!"
"Bwahaha! I'm Snotzilla! I ride in boogers and sneezes. Pick your nose, and I'm on your finger!"
"I am Captain Spikes, the flu! I wait on doorknobs and desks. One touch to your mouth, and it's fever time!"
"Yo yo! DJ E. Coli in the house! I party in the potty. Skip the soap, and I'll drop a tummy-ache beat!"
"Heh heh. Goldie Staph. I hide under fingernails and in sweaty socks. Got a scrape? I'm moving in!"
The games climb with the kid. Same cast, same paper path, bigger science. By the top rung it is teen homeschool material, where you have to do things in the right order and use the right ammunition on the right enemy.
Hands out of your mouth. Scrub 20 seconds. Sneeze in your elbow. Nails, hair, teeth. Germs are dumb; make them crash into walls.
When washing was not enough and you got sick anyway.
Bacteria or virus? Gram-positive or gram-negative? The stain tells you, and the stain decides the ammo.
Teen homeschool level. Antibiotic classes and what each one breaks, resistance and superbugs, how the immune system's own army works. Tests print on paper like everything else here.
Hand the paper sheets to the kids first, then the screen. If a game is too slow, too fast, or a kid beat it in five minutes, say so. That is how these get tuned.
